Megadeth Brings Arizona To The Internet

June 13 [10:00 EDT] -- After a three-year hiatus, Megadeth is back in action once again next week with its eight album, "Cryptic Writings."

The now Arizona-based group will also play a benefit show Friday night in Mesa, Arizona for the Boys & Girls Club of Phoenix, and will simulcast the proceedings on 100 rock radio stations across the country. The show, which is designed to help radio station KUPD's "Give Kids a Fair Shake" campaign, will also be accessible on the Internet via the band's "Megadeth, Arizona" website (at hollywoodandvine.com/megadeth). The cybercast will mark the relaunch of the site, which promises Megadeth news, tour dates, screen savers, and more.

The Megadeth cybercast, offered in RealAudio, begins at 11 p.m. Eastern time, and will then be archived and made available throughout the weekend.
