Bob Marley Won't Sell Beer

October 27 [14:00 EDT] -- Even in death, Bob Marley wants nothing to do with beer.

Attorneys for the estate of the reggae legend, who saw alcohol consumption as going against his Rastafarian beliefs, are concerned about a beer logo that graces a mural of Marley in a Jamaican restaurant.

Marley's family attorneys have reportedly fired off a cease and desist letter to Cervecceria Nacional asking that the beer maker remove its logo from a mural of the performer that resides in a restaurant in Kingston.

As far as the restaurant is concerned, the owner of the eatery told our colleagues in MTV Latino that they had no plans to remove the logo.
