Apparently, putting together one of this year's most hotly awaited rock albums isn't enough for Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland.
As frontman Fred Durst lays down vocals in a Los Angeles studio for Limp's upcoming album, Borland is trying to decide which direction to take his career next year. While at the Hollywood premiere of "Mission: Impossible 2" last week, the guitarist revealed that he's either looking to act or go out on tour with his side-project, Big Dumb Face.
"It's kind of like Ween. It's kind of up the stupid music," Borland told MTV News of the side project. "It's comedy music. It's not really even close to Limp Bizkit. It's completely the opposite side of the spectrum." [RealVideo]
Come January, Borland plans to either hit the road with Big Dumb Face or act in one or both of Durst's impending films, titled "Nature's Cure" and "Runts."
for Limp Bizkit, the group's album, tentatively titled "Chocolate Starfish And The Hot Dog Flavored Water" is slated for release in August.
