UPDATE: Limp Bizkit Lines Up Free Shows

After warming up on the crowd at last weekend's KROQ Weenie Roast in Los Angeles, Limp Bizkit is ready for its Napster-sponsored free tour, which kicks off on July 4 in Chicago.

As we previously reported, Limp will bring Cypress Hill along for series of free concerts that will also hit Minneapolis, Minnesota; Detroit, Michigan; Indianapolis, Indiana; Boston, Massachusetts; New York, New York; Dallas, Texas; Denver, Colorado; San Jose, California; Seattle, Washington; and Los Angeles, California. The band will set up shop in each city for multiple nights, admitting fans on a first-come, first-served basis.

An inaccurate list of Limp Bizkit tour dates surfaced early on Tuesday (and ran here on MTV.com), but the Limp camp released an accurate and complete list of dates and cities for the tour by late Tuesday afternoon.

Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst told MTV News that the group's third album, tentatively titled "Chocolate Starfish And The Hot Dog Flavored

Water," is only halfway done, but the band has already started to roll out new material in concert.

"The music's incredible," Durst told MTV News of the new material. "I feel like the music's really good. I hope people like it. I'm always worried that they're not gonna like it, and I feel like I'm really in touch with our generation, become a part of our generation, this 'generation next,' or this 'generation strange,' whatever we're being stereotyped as."
