Tickets to four Led Zeppelin concerts from 1980 that were canceled in the wake of drummer John Bonham’s death are now being offered up for sale as limited edition memorabilia.
The concert tickets to four U.S. Zeppelin shows slated for November 10, 12, 13 and 15 at the since-demolished Chicago Stadium are being sold unframed for $35, framed for $75, plus $5 shipping and handling.
The band had planned to launch its first American tour in four years in 1980 in support of “In Through the Out Door,” but the shows were called off when Bonham was found dead at Jimmy Page’s home on September 25, 1980. The remaining members of Led Zeppelin summarily dissolved the group a few weeks later, on December 4.
