Family Values Tour Draws Seat-Blessing In Louisiana

As Korn's Family Values tour rolls on, the rock & roll road show has continued to draw fire from religious groups not thrilled with the Family Values' off-color humor and theatrical shock rock.

Last Thursday, prior to the tour's weekend visit to Lafayette, Louisiana, local Reverend Sam Brooks and 10 members of the Bethel Baptist Church took a stroll through the seats of the city's Cajundome and prayed for "a sense of protection."

Management for Korn and the Family Values camp subsequently issued a response stating that "the reverend was wasting his time, since no one sits down at a Family Values show."

Korn's Family Values tour will stop at the Kemper Arena in Kansas City, Missouri on Thursday before heading to Kiel Center in St. Louis on Friday.
