August 7 [16:00 EDT] -- Whether you've been a card-carrying member of the Kiss Army since "Dressed To Kill" or you caught your first glimpse of them on their recent reunion tour, you might want to head to the nearest bookstore.
"The Kiss Years" is a new book which features the photos of one of rock's most photogenic bands as shot by world-renowned photographer Barry Levine.
Levine hooked up with the band early in its career and established a special relationship with the group that allowed him to follow Kiss across the globe during the band's first heyday, documenting everything in his photos.
The book includes many shots that were used on Kiss merchandise, albums, and the infamous Bicentennial poster and Empire State Building photo session.
The book also features commentary from the photographer describing the circumstances behind each shot, and his enduring relationship with one of rock's longest lasting bands.
