Kiss To Appear In Band-Themed "Playboy," Will Shoot Film Appearance In December

For Kiss, last month is was beanie babies, now it's "Playboy."

Apparently unwilling to let any marketing ploy for its newest album, "Psycho Circus," go unexplored (see "Kiss Takes On Beanie Babies"), Kiss has agreed to take part in the March 1999 issue of "Playboy," which is tentatively planned to be Kiss-themed.

According to Kiss' official website, the special rock issue of "Playboy" will feature a cover-article on the group, as well as *ahem* photos of some of the group's female fans.

In the meantime, Kiss looks to launch a world tour in support of the new album on November 12 in Boston at the Fleet Center, and will use a scheduled off-day on December 3 to film a live performance for an upcoming film, "Detroit Rock City," at an unannounced location in Toronto (see "Kiss To Appear In 'Detroit Rock City' Film").
