Jay-Z Battles Bootleggers By Adding Tracks To New LP

Rapper Jay-Z intends to fight back against the bootleg copies of his new album "Vol. 3... Life And Times Of S. Carter" that have already surfaced by adding two more songs to the U.S. version of the record.

The first of the new tracks will be "I Think There's Been A Murder," while the second new song, "Watch Me," features a guest appearance by none other than Dr. Dre.

Jay-Z believes that the bootleg copies of "Vol. 3" that he's seen were made from the international versions of the album, which were released overseas this week.

Bootlegging has also been linked to the altercation between Jay-Z and record executive Lance Rivera earlier this month. Jay-Z faces a January 31 court date in the case (see "Jay-Z Charged With Felony Assault, Lawyer Maintains Rapper's Innocence").

The official, U.S. version of "Vol. 3... Life And Times Of S. Carter" is due out on December 28.
