Hovercraft Heads "Below" For Third Experimental Trip

The third album from Eddie Vedder's better, even more experimental half will be headed to music stores on September 22 with the release of the new record from Hovercraft, which once more features the Pearl Jam vocalist's wife, Beth Liebling, on bass.

Entitled "experiment below," Hovercraft's new album features the same kind of avant garde, free-form rock that characterized the trio's two previous critically-acclaimed albums, 1996's self-titled debut and last year's "Akathisia."

Joining Liebling, who records under the nom-de-plume Sadie 7, and co-founding guitarist Campbell 2000 on "experiment below" is new percussionist dash 11, who replaces Karl 3-30, the drummer from Hovercraft's previous record.
