Ol' Dirty Bastard In More Legal Trouble After Missing Court Date

Ol' Dirty Bastard is in hot water again.

The Wu-Tang Clan rapper missed another court date in Virginia Beach, Virginia, so Judge Robert L. Simpson, Jr. issued an order for his arrest without bond, much like a bench warrant with no chance of bailing out.

If caught by the police, Dirty will be held in custody until his next scheduled court appearance in order to ensure his attendance, according to a spokesperson for the General District Court. He was scheduled to appear in court on Thursday (Aug. 13) on a shoplifting charge after missing his date on Tuesday (Aug. 11) allegedly due to bad weather conditions.

As we previously reported (see "Ol' Dirty Accused Of Shoplifting"), Ol' Dirty Bastard, a.k.a. Big Baby Jesus, a.k.a. Russell Jones, is accused of walking out of a shoe store on July 4 with a pair of $50 Nike sneakers. He was ordered to appear on July 28 in court, but failed to show up for that date as well. He performed

in Los Angeles at the Key club the same night.
