Pras Talks About Sharing Screen With Ben Stiller In "Mystery Men"

Fugee rapper and solo artist Pras will be making his feature film debut in the Dark Horse comic book turned action/comedy romp, "Mystery Men."

In the picture, the rapper plays the part of a villain, who encounters seven unexpected heroes (played by Ben Stiller, Janeane Garofalo, William H. Macy, Hank Azaria, Kel Mitchell, Artie Lang, and Paul Reubens) out to rescue the city¹s real kidnapped champion, as played by Greg Kinnear.

While the film is currently enjoying decent advance buzz, it will get a real shot in the arm next week, as Pras explained.

"If y'all going to see 'Star Wars,' you're gonna see the trailer of the flick I did with Ben Stiller," the rapper told MTV News while at Wyclef's Haitian benefit concert in Miami last month.

"(In the film) Geoffrey Rush is my boss... our whole role is like with these people that are like stuck in the seventies, so our outfits are like seventies.

I got the afro, the sideburns, you know and we are against the Mystery Men which is Ben Stiller, Hank Azaria, William Macy, you know what I mean."

"Big ups to Ben Stiller," [RealVideo] he added.

You can check out Pras' acting shops, along with fellow musician Tom Waits, when "Mystery Men" hits theaters on August 6.
