KURT: Meanwhile, in Raleigh, North Carolina, on Tuesday, rapper Foxy Brown turned herself in to police after a warrant was issued for her arrest. Brown, whose given name is Inga Marchand, had been cited for missing a court date in connection with a January 25th incident at a Raleigh hotel, in which the rapper was charged with simple assault after allegedly spitting in the faces of two hotel clerks who failed to have on hand a clothes iron when Brown wanted one. Brown's lawyers say they hear the hotel workers are planning to sue their client for a million dollars, although no such lawsuit has yet been filed. The workers themselves, however, deny any such plan to cash in on the incident. Brown, having turned herself in, was released on $5,000 bail, and told to be back in court for a hearing on June 25th.
