Rob Zombie Headed To Toy Shelves

Rob Zombie will soon follow the likes of Ozzy Osbourne, Kiss, and the Beatles as the latest artist to be immortalized in action figure form, courtesy of the folks at McFarlane toys.

The company (headed by "Spawn" creator Todd McFarlane) told MTV News that it plans to have a collectible Zombie figure in stores by the end of next year.

McFarlane and his mates have been the go-to guys of late for acts looking to branch out into comics, toys, and animation. The company has produced a number of different lines of Kiss figures, and this year it sent mini versions of Ozzy Osbourne and the Beatles to stores.

McFarlane also branched out into the video world, handling the animated clip for Pearl Jam's "Do The Evolution" and lending animation to Korn's video for "Freak on a Leash" which picked up two MTV Video Music Awards last week.

For fans who are more interested in new music from Zombie, he will release a remix album full of reworkings of his "Hellbilly Deluxe" tracks on

October 26.
