Rob Zombie Gives Brotherly Help To Powerman 5000

Everyone likes to spend quality time with the family over the holidays… even Rob Zombie.

On Saturday night (as the intoxicating specter of turkey still haunted the land), Zombie joined his brother, Powerman 5000 frontman Spider One, on stage at Hollywood’s Palladium for a bit of post-Thanksgiving bonding. Powerman 5000 was in town as the opening act on Kid Rock’s U.S. tour and closed its set with the old White Zombie nugget “Thunder Kiss ’65″ complete with vocals from Zombie himself.

Powerman 5000 will next bond with Oasis, Bush, Fiona Apple, Foo Fighters, Beck, and others on December 11 in Anaheim, California for the Tenth Annual Almost Acoustic Christmas show, sponsored by Los Angeles radio station KROQ. Before that, the band will wrap up its run with Kid Rock. Here’s where to catch Powerman 5000:

  • 12/1 – Las Vegas, NV @ Hard Rock Hotel – The Joint
  • 12/2 – Mesa, AZ @ Mesa Amphitheatre
  • 12/4 – Lubbock, TX @ Fair Park Coliseum
  • 12/5 – Dallas, TX
    @ Bronco Bowl
  • 12/7 – Kansas City, KS @ Memorial Hall
