Carlos Santana To Make TV Appearances With Everlast, Ricky Martin; Adds Tour Dates

With Santana’s “Supernatural” album perched at number 4 on the “Billboard” album charts and “Smooth,” featuring Matchbox 20′s Rob Thomas, at number 5 on the “Billboard” singles charts, Carlos Santana is gearing up another leg of concert dates and promotional appearances.

This Friday, Santana will be performing on ABC’s “Good Morning America,” with the help of Everlast; the two will presumably perform “Put Your Lights On,” which Everlast wrote for and sang on “Supernatural.” Also appearing with Santana on “Good Morning America” will be The Product G&B, who sang on the album’s Wyclef-produced track, “Maria Maria” (see “Everlast, Dave Matthews Pitch In For Santana” ).

That won’t be the last you’ll see of Carlos Santana on the small screen in the near future; he plans to join Ricky Martin to perform three songs for Martin’s holiday TV special, set to air on November 26.
