Ice Cube Taps Wu-Tang, Eminem, Others For "Next Friday" Soundtrack

Ice Cube has tapped a string of hip-hop heavyweights including the Wu-Tang Clan, Eminem, and Lil' Zane to kick in tracks for the soundtrack to his upcoming film, "Next Friday.

The sequel to the 1995 comedy hit will open in theaters this holiday season, and the soundtrack will boast new tracks from the aforementioned rappers as well as Cube himself (see [article id="1430217"]"Ice Cube Talks 'Next Friday'[/article]).

For the album, Cube teams with Mack 10 and Ms. Toi for "You Can Do It," which has already found its way to radio. Cube and Mack 10 shot a video for the song last week with "Next Friday" stars Jacob Vargas and Tiny Lister.

Last week Lil' Zane also filmed a video for his contribution to the soundtrack, meeting up with director Steve Carr in Miami to shoot a clip for "Money Stretch.

The soundtrack will also see Eminem kick in "Murder Murder," Wu-Tang Clan offer "Shaolin Worldwide," and Kid Frost and Kurupt team up on "Mamacita.
