Eminem Arraigned In ICP Arrest

Eminem was not on hand for his Monday court date, but his arraignment went on as scheduled in Oakland County, Michigan Circuit Court today.

Em was arraigned on weapons charges stemming from last month's alleged altercation with a member of the Insane Clown Posse entourage. Due to his "Up In Smoke" tour commitment, the Detroit rapper was arraigned by mail on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon and a misdemeanor charge for brandishing a firearm in public.

No new pre-trial court date has been set yet.

Em was arrested in Royal Oak, Michigan on June 3 after he allegedly pulled out a gun and threatened Douglas Dale, an employee of the Insane Clown Posse, in an incident at a local car audio shop (see [article id="1428608"]"Eminem Charged In Altercation With ICP Employee"[/article]).

Police claim that incident came mere hours before the rapper allegedly got into an argument with his wife, Kimberly Scott Mathers, and another man

at a Detroit-area nightclub. That incident led to Em facing felony charges of assault with a deadly weapon and carrying a concealed weapon without a license (see [article id="1428611"]"Eminem To Face Weapons, Assault Charges"[/article]).
