Deadly Venoms Emerge From The Wu-Tang Family

The ever-expanding Wu-Tang Clan family has now branched out further and crossed the gender lines with a new group, the Deadly Venoms, whose Rza-produced debut album is due out this fall.

The Venoms, who like their brethren in the Wu-Tang, take their name from a martial arts film, were signed to A&M after cutting a demo single, "Bomb Threat" [850k QuickTime].

The Venoms' line-up of Finesse, N-Tyce, Champ MC and J-Boo have tapped Wu-menbers Method Man and Ghostface Killah to make guest appearances on their debut, and will return the favor by recording with Method Man for his sophomore release. The Venoms have also contributed vocals to Kurupt's own debut, "Kuruption."
