Da Brat, L.L. Cool J, Jermaine Dupri, Boyz II Men, and Lil' Bow Wow are among the artists expected to attend the premiere screening of Martin Lawrence's new comedy, "Big Momma's House," which will be held at Pacific's Cinerama Dome in Hollywood on Wednesday, May 31.
Other celebs expected to join Lawrence and co-star Nia Long at the premiere are Jazzie B from Soul II Soul and actors Tobey Maguire, Patricia Arquette, Bridget Fonda, and Martin Landau, among others.
"Big Momma's House," directed by Raja Gosnell ("Never Been Kissed"), details one undercover cop's attempt to protect a single mother and her son by adopting the identity of a Southern grandmother known as "Big Momma." The comedy opens in theaters nationwide on June 2.
As we previously reported, the film's soundtrack album was overseen by producer Jermaine Dupri and is scheduled for release on May 30 via his label, So So Def. The LP includes performances by Monica, Nas, former Xscape singer
