Eminem, STP, Cypress Hill To Cast Spell On Voodoo Fest

Eminem, Stone Temple Pilots, Cypress Hill, and Ben Harper are among the artists who'll be practicing some musical voodoo in the Big Easy this Halloween season, as all have been confirmed to play the second annual Voodoo Music Festival in New Orleans' City Park.

Counting Crows, Black Eyed Peas, Live, 311, Blues Traveler, Guster, Galactic, and The Getaway People are also down for the Voodoo Fest, which will take place on October 28 and feature three stages of live music located on the park's 1,500-acre spread.

Last year, Wyclef Jean, Moby, The Roots, and Third Eye Blind headlined the inaugural Voodoo Music Festival (see [article id="1427161"]"Third Eye Blind, Wyclef, Moby, Roots Head To Big Easy For Voodoo Fest"[/article]), which drew some 18,000 concertgoers to the all-day music event, despite a constant rain. Organizers expect more than 30,000 to pack the park for this year's show.

Tickets for the second Voodoo Music Festival go on sale on

August 4 and will be available via Ticketmaster as well as the fest's official Web site at www.voodoomusicfest.com.
