Creed Offers Up Holiday Concert For Fans

While the Rolling Stones, Pearl Jam and Hanson have all issued new live records -- just in time for Christmas -- one of the biggest selling rock acts of 1998, Creed, has announced that it will give fans an early holiday present by simulcasting its last-scheduled show of the year.

Creed will offer up its December 12 show from the House of Blues in Orlando, Florida, for broadcast on radio stations across the nation, starting at 9 p.m. EST. The group's debut album, "My Own Prison," has logged 61 straight weeks on the "Billboard" album charts.

Creed's House of Blues performance is being sponsored as part of Wal-Mart's Live Concert Series, and will be carried via the retail outlet's in-store radio network. In addition to the live feed, the program will also feature candid interviews with the band, as well as audio from the evening's opening act, finger eleven.

A complete list of the radio stations that plan on carrying the Creed concert is available at the band's official website,
