December 1 [15:15 EDT] -- Coolio's rap sheet in Germany seems to be getting longer.
As we reported last week, the rap star and members of his entourage were arrested in a German clothing store after being accused of shoplifting $2,000 worth of clothes and assaulting a store clerk. Now the rapper faces a possible "incitement of crime" charge. During a show in Mainz, Germany on Saturday, Coolio allegedly instructed fans in his audience to steal his record if they couldn't afford it.
The German Police Union took umbrage at this promotion of thievery and are now suggesting that Coolio should be banned from performing in Germany.
The clothing store investigation is progressing. Coolio was scheduled to meet with prosecutors on Sunday to discuss the incident.
