After jumping ship from its tour with the Insane Clown Posse and Biohazard a mere two shows into it, Coal Chamber has now lined up the start of its own tour with Slipknot and Machine Head.
The trio of hard-hitting Roadrunner Records acts will first descend on August 19 in Dallas, and has lined up dates through the end of August with more to be added soon.
The trek will give fans their first crack at hearing new songs from Coal Chamber's upcoming album "Chamber Music." Dubbed one of the most anticipated album of the year by "Alternative Press," the CD should arrive on September 7.
For Slipknot, the tour comes after the group's recent run banging up crowds, and themselves, on this summer's edition of the Ozzfest tour. Meanwhile, the tour also gives fans the chance to catch up with Machine Head now that the band has dropped out of the Milwaukee Metal Fest.
