George Clinton Brings The Funk… Again

August 1 [16:00 EDT] — George Clinton is extending his reign over the world of funk a little longer.

Clinton has reportedly inked a deal with Intersound, who will release a two-CD set of previously unreleased P-Funk tunes on September 23.

According to “Billboard,” the as-yet-untitled release will feature live tracks from the P-Funk All-Stars 1996 tour, as well as two new songs. One of the new cuts, “Ain’t Nuthin’ But A Jam Y’all,” will be released to radio August 5.
