Bush Looks For Moby, Checks Out Bunnymen At Jamboree

May 29 [7:55 EDT] -- When Bush rolled into Tinley Park, Illinois for the Q101 Jamboree last weekend, the band was just as concerned about other bands' performances as they were their own.

The English group, who are currently mounting their own tour in support of "Razorblade Suitcase," joined Beck, Moby, the Verve Pipe and eight other acts at the radio station-sponsored soiree, and talked to MTV News about being part of such an eclectic line-up.

"I always really like doing them," frontman Gavin Rossdale said of festival shows. "I mean some people sort of frown on radio shows and that sort of thing, a bit, whatever... I always have a wicked time at them."

So when fans weren't checking out Rossdale and guitarist Nigel Pulsford's acoustic set, who were they checking out?

"I'm sorry I missed Moby, I would've liked to see Moby," Rossdale told MTV News. "I wish he didn't highlight the bill,

but sometimes they've really good bands, you know."

"The only time we get to see other bands often is festival lineups," Pulsford added. "I saw Echo and the Bunnymen today. They were brilliant [1MB Quicktime], just reformed."

Bush will bring its own tour to El Paso, Texas on Friday.
