Friday afternoon, police in Memphis ruled that 30 year old singer- songwriter Jeff Buckley was officially missing, and believed to have possibly drowned in the city's harbor on Thursday night, where he had been hanging out on a dock with a friend. Buckley apparently decided to take a swim, and disappeared when a boat came between them.
