Since wrapping work on the forthcoming Gang Starr double-album, "Full Clip: A Decade of Gang Starr," the group's DJ Premier has kept himself busy in the studio, working on several rap and rock tracks for such artists as Brandy and Limp Bizkit.Brandy enlisted Premier's aid for a hip-hop remix of her current single, "Almost Doesn't Count," while Limp Bizkit asked Premier to man the boards for "N 2Gether Now," a track slated for inclusion on the band's own new album, "Significant Other," due out on June 22. Premier joins an impressive list of guests for the Bizkit record, which already included appearances from Method Man, Eminem, Korn's Jonathan Davis, and Stone Temple Pilots' Scott Weiland (see "Limp Bizkit Trades Rhymes With Method Man"). As we previously reported (see "Gang Starr Mixes Old And New For Upcoming Collection"), "Full Clip" will be a double album set that
will feature one disc of retrospective material from the band's five studio records, including last year's "Moment of Truth." The other disc will be comprised of all-new material recorded for the album, which is now due out in June.
