Boyz II Men Branching Out With Cinco De Mayo Concert

Boyz II Men are broadening their cultural horizons as they plan to headline a Cinco De Mayo celebration in downtown Los Angeles where they will perform in both English and Spanish.

The group recently released a Spanish language version of their latest album "Evolution" (titled "Evolucion"), and had previously released a Spanish album called "Te Voy Amar."

"We hope to branch and do a lot of things," the group's Michael McCary told our associates in the MTV Radio Network of Boyz II Men's various Spanish language projects.

"Boyz II Men try to extend our boundaries, you know what I'm saying. As far as just musically, language-wise, anything and everything, we are down to try it as long as it is good to us."

The group plans to launch a tour this Spring.
