Flesh-N-Bone Sentenced To Jail Time For Probation Violation

Earlier this month, the "Los Angeles Times" reported that the rapper, a.k.a. Stanley Howse, had struck a deal guaranteeing probation for Howse (see "News Flash: Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's Flesh Will Get Probation"), but a spokesperson for Flesh now says that the rapper was sentenced to jail time on Friday.

Howse's spokesperson told MTV News that prosecutors had pushed for more jail time, but that a judge took into account Howse's recent completion of alcohol treatment and anger management in sentencing him to only 120 days, minus 33 days time served.

San Fernando Municipal Court Judge John Gunn ruled that Howse must begin his sentence on March 30.

Until then, Howse is expected to continue work on his next solo effort for Def Jam Records, which he had been working on before the judge's ruling.
