Bizzy Bone On Going It Alone For Solo Project

With a new solo album out next week entitled "Heaven's Movie," Bizzy Bone of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony joins the ever-growing list of rappers from large group acts going solo.

But Bizzy's new record bucks the current trend of high-profile solo outings, as it doesn't feature multiple guest appearances from big name producers or MCs, which Bizzy said was for reasons financial and creative.

"People who really wanted to help me," Bizzy told MTV, "I didn't have the sufficient funds for them to do that, and favors get forgotten and things like that. I just think everything worked out for the best, because I believe God controlled the whole project."

"I think it was the best thing for me to do," he added, "to come new, to come brand new. New millennium fashion, just like my little brother, Mr. Majesty, and

all those artists who are real worthy, been in boot camp and are finally ready to go to war." [28.8 RealVideo]

Bizzy Bone's debut solo record, "Heaven's Movie," is due in stores on October 6.
