Treach, Pepa, Mary J. Wish Latifah "Happy Birthday"
Naughty By Nature and Pepa of Salt-N-Pepa are among the guests who join Queen Latifah this week to help the rapper-turned-talk show host celebrate her 30th birthday
The hip-hop notables recently joined a slew of Latifah's friends and family to tape a birthday edition of her "Queen Latifah" show that will air on Wednesday. The show will see Pepa join her husband Treach and his Naughty By Nature counterparts to offer Latifah a birthday serenade.
Latifah's former "Living Single" co-stars Kim Fields, T.C. Carson, and John Henton also visited her set to say "happy birthday," as did Latifah's mother, grandmother, high school principal, and numerous old friends.Latifah's birthday show will also find Mary J. Blige, Chris Rock, Mike Myers (in his Fat Bastard character from "The Spy Who Shagged Me"), Rosie O'Donnell, Angelina Jolie, Vivica A. Fox, Regis Philbin, Kathie Lee Gifford, and Budweiser's "Wassup" guys sending along their birthday wishes via videotape.Queen Latifah's syndicated talk show was recently renewed for a second season, and viewers should check local listings for air times.
