Blige Adds Dark & Lovely To Sponsorship List

On the heels of her appointment as celebrity spokesperson for the MAC lipstick shade Viva Glam III, Mary J. Blige has become the newest spokesmodel for Dark & Lovely hair coloring.

To coincide with Blige's gig as spokesmodel, Dark & Lovely will release a signature shade, "Red Hot Mary," named after the R&B singer's current preference for a warm auburn mane. Blige's publicist at MCA also confirmed that the singer will soon be appearing on new packages of Dark & Lovely hair color.

Along with Lil' Kim, Blige is serving as spokesperson for Viva Glam III, a plum-brown shade of lipstick from MAC Cosmetics. Proceeds from sales of that lipstick go to the MAC AIDS Fund (see "Mary J. Blige, Lil' Kim Launch Lipstick For Charity").
