Saturday Night Fever Revival Rescheduled

November 24 [14:00 EDT] -- The Saturday Night Fever 20th Anniversary Celebration that was washed out on November 1 in Bayridge, Brooklyn has been rescheduled for January 31, 1998 at a little indoor venue known as the Theater at Madison Square Garden.

Radio station KTU will host the event and will feature live performances from '70's hit makers the Bee Gees, K.C. & the Sunshine Band, Yvonne Elliman, Kool & the Gang, The Tramps, and Tavares.

No confirmation yet on whether Mr. Saturday Night Fever himself, John Travolta will be able to appear. KTU is also trying to line up some of the other actors from the film, namely Donna Pescow and Karen Lynn Gorney, who played the two women vying for Tony Manero's affections.

The evening will be Emceed by the film's Choreographer, Mr. Dance Fever, Denny Terio.

Ticket holders from the November 1 show, stay tuned to KTU for details.
