Prince Paul And Dan "The Automator" Tap Mike D, Money Mark, DJ Shadow For "Modeling School"

After performing in June at the 1999 Tibetan Freedom Concert held in Chicago, hip-hop producers Prince Paul and Dan "The Automator" Nakamura are preparing to release a new album from its (concept) supergroup/side project, the Handsome Boy Modeling School.

Trugoy of De La Soul hooks up with Del Tha Funkee Homosapien for one track, Cibo Matto's Miho Hatori teams with Mike D of the Beastie Boys, Brand Nubian's Grand Puba joins Sadat X, while DJ Shadow shares the mix table with DJ Quest.

Another cut from the record, "Sunshine," features what's sure to be a rather bizarre collaboration between Sean Lennon, Money Mark, Father Guido Sarducci, Mark Hayden of the band Spain, and Tarnation's Paula Frazier.

The Handsome Boy Modeling School's "… So How's Your Girl?" is due out later this year.
