Barenaked Ladies, Semisonic Hook Up For Summer Dates

And the hit pairings just keep coming.

Aside from Family Values, Ozzfest and the Warped Tour, the upcoming summer concert season is already littered with a variety of intriguing matchups, including Lenny Kravitz with Everlast and Goo Goo Dolls with Sugar Ray.

Now Semisonic and Canada's Barenaked Ladies have announced that they're planning to head out on the road for a string of shows together. Dates and details for the BNL-Semisonic outing are still being hammered out, but organizers are looking to schedule the concerts for August.

Both groups are putting in extended miles in support of their 1998 albums. The Barenaked Ladies are currently overseas for a U.K. tour for "Stunt," while Semisonic is continuing to push "Feeling Strangely Fine" during an opening spot on Sheryl Crow's spring tour.
