Bad Religion Offers Fans Free Tix To Fall Tour

Socialist Cali-punk band Bad Religion is gearing up for the May 9 release of its new album, "The New America," and the group has announced plans to reward fans who buy the record early with a free ticket to the group's fall tour.

Bad Religion has lined up dates for a five-week run of shows starting on September 6 in Pomona, California, and is offering a free ticket to any of those dates to those who purchase "The New Religion" in the U.S. between May 9-15.

Under the terms of the offer, fans are asked to mail in the album's proof of purchase, a receipt, and the date of the show they want to attend to a special post office box. A complete list of rules and guidelines is available at Bad Religion's official Web site www.badreligion.com

Prior to its own headlining jaunt, Bad Religion will hit the road with Blink-182 and Fenix TX as part of Blink's U.S. tour, dubbed "The Mark, Tom & Travis Show,"

slated to begin on May 11 in Chula Vista, California (see "Blink-182 Preps New Tour, Video").

Bad Religion recorded "The New America" in Hawaii with legendary producer Todd Rundgren, and the band is currently working on a video for the first single from the record, "New America."
