NASHVILLE One of only two sets of twins in country music, the Kinleys, are hitting the road for the summer and soon will release a new album.
Heather and Jennifer Kinley, natives of Philadelphia, will release The Kinleys, their sophomore album, on July 18. One of their first hits was 1998's "Just Between You and Me" (RealAudio excerpt), the title track from their debut disc. (Loretta Lynn's daughters, the Lynns, are the other twin artists in country music.)
The tour begins Wednesday in Phoenix and ends Nov. 4 in Torrington, Wyo. They'll appear with Joe Diffie on Aug. 15 in Cookeville, Tenn., and with Ty Herndon on Sept. 7 in Morton, Minn.
