The Beastie Boys and Rage Against the Machine have added No Doubt and Stone Temple Pilots as opening acts for their Rhyme and Reason tour, which starts Aug. 2 in Toronto.
Other acts slated to join the Beasties and Rage in rotation include Jurassic 5, the Roots, Queens of the Stone Age and At the Drive-In and the previously announced Busta Rhymes and Common.
Opening acts have been announced only through the Aug. 21 concert near Indianapolis. The remainder of the itinerary of the tour, which is expected to run through mid-September, has yet to be released.
Rage Against the Machine will take a break from the tour in August to play at the Reading and Leeds festivals in England, Aug. 26 and 27, respectively.
