Full Description
What happens when you mix one Palestinian-American, two turntables and a squad of musical terror? A brand-new batch of killer tracks from DJ Khaled. We the Best, the sophomore album from Miami's hottest DJ, features artists such as Ja Rule, Jadakiss, Paul Wall, Trick Daddy, Dre, The Game, Juelz Santana, Young Jeezy ? and the list goes on and on.
Hip-hop fans first pricked their ears and took notice of DJ Khaled's powerful style and energetic personality when he landed a radio gig at Mixx 96 in Miami. But that was just the tip of the iceberg for DJ Khaled, who eventually infiltrated mainstream radio at 99 Jamz and took the station to the top of the market. When he joined forces with Fat Joe to become a member of the Terror Squad, it was clear there was no stopping this Miami kingpin.
More than a decade on the radio circuit has inspired DJ Khaled to develop his own style, and We the Best drops some sick rhymes and off-the-hook beats. It's exactly what the game needs right now.
The first single from We the Best is "We Takin' Over," a straight-up posse cut, featuring T.I., Akon, Fat Joe, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne and Baby. Considering the fact that DJ Khaled's debut album, Listennn: The Album, debuted at #1 on Billboard's Top Independent Albums chart, We the Best is sure to kill the clubs and bring the Miami heat to dance floors everywhere.
