It's been an intense season, during which Aaron Carter got Robert Pattinson comparisons before eventually getting the boot, the dancers paid tribute to Michael Jackson and everyone from Taylor Swift to Shakira stopped by to perform on the show. But now the "Dancing With the Stars" finale is upon us, and the final three celebs to make the grade and dance in next week's show will be Mya, Donny Osmond and Kelly Osbourne.

On Tuesday night, model Joanna Krupa and her partner, Derek Hough, were voted off the show. "I really came in the underdog so it's great that people actually appreciated our dances and our hard work," Krupa told People, adding that she was happy for her new friend Kelly Osbourne. "[Kelly and I] basically said, 'Whatever happens happens.' It was an amazing experience. We both came in here with no experience, so whoever gets to the next level, we're going to root for, and I'm definitely going to root for Kelly to win."

Osbourne, Osmond and Mya are now left to battle it out for "Dancing" supremacy next Monday night before the winner is declared on Tuesday. In a previous interview with MTV News, Mya spoke about competing against Osbourne, noting that she was surprised that she wanted to be on the show to begin with.

"I didn't think it was in her personality to do something like this, but it's great that she is," she said of rock progeny Osbourne. "And I actually met her last night, and she's very cute and funny, so she's very sweet. I was just surprised, 'cause she's more of a rebel to me."

Kelly Osbourne has always been known for her sassy attitude and punk-rock spirit, but it seems that those skills aren't making her time on "Dancing With the Stars" any easier. The 24-year-old admits that competing on the show hasn't been a day in the park.

"It is way harder than I thought it'd be," Osbourne, who is partnered with professional dancer Louis van Amstel, told MTV News on the red carpet at the Hollywood Style Awards. "I thought with each week it would get easier, but it doesn't, because each week you're learning a new dance with new steps."

Osbourne added that the short time they have to learn the dance routines each week only stresses her out even more. "I'm nervous about the pace," she explained. "I'm nervous that I'll forget steps, because you only do have five [or] four days to learn, so it gets tough."

It seems that she's not the only one feeling pressure. She says that her competitors are getting a bit fatigued from all the dancing. "Everyone on the show was so tired," she said, adding that she doesn't regret signing on. "It's the most fun I've ever had working on a show. It doesn't feel like work."

Speaking of the competition, Osbourne couldn't pin down who she thought was her biggest rival. "I don't look at it like that," she said when asked who she thinks she needs to beat. "At the end of the day, you'll only go as far as you're meant to go, and it's just, if you start looking at it that way, you'll start to become evil."

Kelly Osbourne was among the friends and family who gathered on Sunday in Beverly Hills to see Khloe Kardashian wed L.A. Laker Lamar Odom. And despite the fact that the pair only dated for a month before getting married, Osbourne doesn't think they did it too soon.

"When you know, you know — and they know," Osbourne told Us Weekly. "When it's right for somebody, she can only know that. It's nobody else's business, just theirs. It was a fairy-tale wedding and completely beautiful."

The "Dancing With the Stars" contestant went on to say that Odom and Kardashian are "perfect for each other" and the bride looked "stunning" in her gown. "It was absolutely beautiful," Osbourne added. "Lamar is the nicest guy, and I'm so happy for them. They are great together."

Osbourne is one of the many people close to Kardashian who are expressing their happiness over the wedding. Older sister Kim, who wore a lavender gown to match the sash on Khloe's gown, took to Twitter after the ceremony to say how much she loves the newlyweds. "Tonight was one of the best nights of my life!" Kim tweeted. "Khloe & Lamar's wedding was a night to remember! I love you both so much!"

Khloe's stepbrother, "Hills" star Brody Jenner, told MTV News he was happy to welcome Odom into the family. "I'm getting some good seats this year at the Lakers games, yes!" joked Jenner. "No, I've met Lamar a couple of times, and he seems like a pretty incredible guy. So, it came fast, to say the least, but I'm happy for them. She seems very happy, so good for them."

On Thursday (September 3), friends and family will gather to remember DJ AM at a Hollywood Palladium memorial. The DJ's untimely death of a suspected drug overdose is a reminder to recovering addicts that at any moment, you can be on the brink of relapse.

"It's a constant reminder that sometimes you don't have control over it," Kelly Osbourne told E! News. "It's really scary, because if it can happen to someone like him, it can happen to anyone."

Osbourne, who is currently gearing up for the next season of "Dancing With the Stars," admitted in her book "Fierce" that at one point, she was taking 50 Vicodin pills a day. "I had no control over it," she recalled. "I didn't know what day it was. If I can share that pain and misery with someone to say, 'Don't do this,' it means more to me to help one person than to keep my mouth shut."

DJ AM, who had been sober for 11 years before his relapse, was someone who was out to show the world that addicts can get clean and accomplish anything. He had just taped the show "Gone Too Far" with MTV, which aimed to help other addicts kick their habits. Osbourne is hoping to do the same with her time on "DWTS."

"I'm turning 25 during the show, and I just don't want to have any regrets anymore. I just wanna have fun," she said. "How many people in the world get an opportunity like this ... and get paid for it?"

Slowly but surely, partners for the next season of "Dancing With the Stars" are being announced, and Kelly Osbourne is the latest contestant to have her dance partner revealed prior to Monday's official announcement.

"Access Hollywood" reports that when the season starts on September 21, Osbourne will be dancing with Louis van Amstel, who has partnered with Priscilla Presley and Monique Coleman in past seasons. The pair will begin rehearsals this week. According to a tweet by Osbourne, she's been told by the show's producers to get a bit tanner for the premiere next month. "Just met with wardrobe, hair, and make up for dwts," she wrote. "They told me I need to get a fake tan haha!"

"DWTS" fan-favorite Derek Hough also got a new partner: model Joanna Krupa. In past seasons, Hough danced with Lil' Kim, Brooke Burke, Jennie Garth and ex-girlfriend Shannon Elizabeth.

On Thursday it was reported that Mya and Emmy-nominated "So You Think You Can Dance" alum Dmitry Chaplin would be dancing together. Aaron Carter will be dancing with Karina Smirnoff.

When first announced as one of the contestants, Osbourne told Ryan Seacrest on his morning radio show, "My body is going to get sick and be toned. ... I mean this from the bottom of my heart: I don't care if I win. I'm not doing this to try and prove that I'm better than someone else at something, I'm doing it because it scares me."

Kelly Osbourne is ready to get her dancing shoes on for the next season of "Dancing With the Stars," which premieres September 21. And although she admits she's not the best dancer in the world, she does say that being in the competition is a very exciting opportunity.

"I am so excited, but I cannot tell you how terrified I am," she told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show on Monday (August 17). "Dancing is something that I've always really wanted to be able to do, but never had the confidence and the technique, if you know what I mean. I'm not very graceful, so it's just something that absolutely terrifies me — and it's the main reason that I kind of wanted to do it."

The former MTV star admitted that one of the main reasons she signed up for the show is because she "wanted to do something different. I wanted to do something that scared me, and I don't think anything could scare me more."

Osbourne, who will be competing alongside Mya, who starred in "Chicago" in 2002, admits that she's ready for the challenge of dancing, something that she couldn't quite do when she starred in "Chicago" in London.

"I'm just excited to be a part of it," she said. "A couple of years ago, I was in 'Chicago' on the West End and I was originally meant to be Roxie — but when it came down to doing the dancing, I couldn't learn the dancing in time because I can't dance, so I went and did Mama Morton instead."

The singer — who doesn't care if she wins or loses the show — did seem excited by the chance to get fit training for the competition, saying, "My body is going to get sick and be toned.

"You make mistakes, you learn ... it'll be like a team of people going on a journey together, so it'll be fun," she said, adding, "I mean this from the bottom of my heart: I don't care if I win. I'm not doing this to try and prove that I'm better than someone else at something, I'm doing it because it scares me."

Although it was rumored that LaToya Jackson and Paula Abdul were possible contenders for the upcoming season of "Dancing With the Stars," neither will actually be vying for the title of dancing king or queen when the new season begins on September 21 on ABC.

Singers Mya, Macy Gray Aaron Carter and Donny Osmond and MTV reality star Kelly Osbourne, however, are scheduled to compete on the show. Former Republican Congressman Tom DeLay, "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch" star Melissa Joan Hart, actress Debi Mazar, George Hamilton's son Ashley Hamilton, model Joanna Krupa, model/actress Kathy Ireland, mixed-martial-artist Chuck Liddell, professional snowboarder Louie Vito, Olympic swimmer Natalie Coughlin and former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Irvin will also be battling for the mirror-ball trophy.

The announcement was made on "Good Morning America" Monday (August 17) by the show's host Tom Bergeron, who announced that the show will work a little differently for its ninth season.

"In the middle of our season, over three weeks, we're going to have double eliminations," Bergeron said. "We'll lose about half of our cast within that period. It will be a ballroom bloodbath."

Last week, the show's executive producer, Conrad Green, talked about the rumors of Abdul joining the cast, saying that it was a "possibility." "She has never been trained in ballroom and Latin," he told ETonline. "So that is a possibility as well. It is for Paula to work out. At the moment, the world is her oyster. Everyone wants her. At our show, we are great fans of Paula."

Last season, gymnast Shawn Johnson beat out the likes of Lil' Kim, Steve-O and Belinda Carlisle to win the dancing competition.

Kelly Osbourne has admitted that despite attending rehab twice before her 30-day stint earlier this year, she is now truly clean of her addiction to painkillers for the first time. "I knew if I didn't get help, I would die," she told People magazine. "I'm getting a second chance [at my career] and I want to be present for it."

Osbourne said that her troubles started in her early teen years after she had surgery to get her tonsils out and noticed that when she was on painkillers, she was a different person.

"I had my tonsils taken out [at age 13], and they gave me liquid Vicodin," the 24-year-old, who also went to rehab in 2004 and 2005, said about her the first time she used the drug. "I found, when I take this, people like me. I'm having fun, I'm not getting picked on. It became a confidence thing."

News broke in January that Osbourne had also been arrested in London for allegedly slapping a British gossip columnist in August 2008. A few days later, Osbourne checked herself into rehab.

At the time, her mother, Sharon, wouldn't say why her daughter was seeking treatment, but did address the fact that her daughter needed help. "She knew that it was the right thing to do at this point, and we're proud that she did it. The family is all standing behind her. Kelly knew that she needed help and she's getting it. ... We just pray that everything's going to be OK."

Just days after news emerged that Kelly Osbourne had been arrested in London earlier this month for allegedly slapping a British gossip columnist in August 2008, the singer/DJ's mother confirmed that Kelly has checked into a rehab facility.

Osbourne, 24, who has been in rehab twice before after struggling with an addiction to pills, has checked into an undisclosed center outside of Los Angeles for 30 days, according to People magazine. "Kelly Osbourne has voluntarily entered a medical facility to address some personal issues. Her family stands by and supports her," said a statement from her London representative.

On Thursday, RadarOnline.com quoted mother Sharon Osbourne as saying, "Yeah, Kelly's in rehab. What else can we say? She knew that it was the right thing to do at this point, and we're proud that she did it. The family is all standing behind her. Kelly knew that she needed help and she's getting it. ... We just pray that everything's going to be okay."

Sharon would not confirm what Kelly is getting help for. "Kelly will tell you herself when she gets out," she said. Right up until entering rehab, Kelly had been working with Sharon, brother Jack and dad Ozzy on the new Fox variety show called "Osbournes Reloaded."

"This is one of the absolute worst things a parent can face, for their child to go through rehab," Sharon told Radar. "And not once, but twice. However, we are all very glad Kelly's doing it."

Almost five years ago, in the midst of the family's brush with worldwide fame thanks to their MTV reality series, "The Osbournes," Kelly checked into a rehab facility to deal with an addiction to painkillers; she checked into another facility a year later.

Kelly Osbourne was arrested earlier this month on an assault charge in connection with an August 2008 incident at a London nightclub, the Daily Mail reports.

Osbourne allegedly slapped Daily Mirror gossip columnist Zoe Griffin at the popular Soho district hangout, Punk, because in a column, Griffin called Osbourne's fiancé, Luke Worrall, stupid and said that the 19-year-old didn't know what an earthquake was. According to the Mail, witnesses said Osbourne flew "into a rage" before hitting Griffin.

Griffin described the event in a subsequent column, saying Osbourne told her, "I have an issue with you. My boyfriend knows what an earthquake is, and everyone has been laughing at him, and he's upset."

Although authorities wouldn't disclose her name, they released a statement about the incident. "I can confirm that a 24-year-old woman attended a central London police station by appointment at 3 p.m. on January 2," the statement said. "She was arrested for common assault relating to an alleged incident in Soho in the early hours of 29th August 2008. She was bailed to attend a central London police station on a date in March."

Reps for Osbourne, who is out on bail until a March court date, refused to comment about the incident. The radio DJ has gone on the record about her love for Worrall, a model. "I've never been this mushy with anybody ever before, but this time I can't help it," she told Closer magazine. "He's perfect."

Kelly's arrest comes less than a month after the Los Angeles Police Department investigated mom Sharon Osbourne for allegedly assaulting "Rock of Love: Charm School" contestant Megan Hauserman during the taping of the show's reunion special.
