Full Biography

  1. After ten years of playing together in the skatepunk outfit of Hogans Heroes, Skip School (vocals), D-Troit (drums), the King (bass), and Johnny Miami (guitar) broke up and reformed under the name of OS101 (Old School 101) in late 1995. The all-around goal of this new project was for the sake of "keeping the true spirit of hardcore alive" by means of "championing the ideals of family, loyalty, respect, and hard work." By doing so, Resurrection Records released OS101's debut self-titled EP in 1997 for these Island Heights, NJ, natives. Victory Records put out their follow-up full-length The United Brotherhood of Scenesters in 1998. ~ Mike DaRonco, Rovi
