Lode

In their brief existence, Lode never showed up on the charts but their talent was undeniable. The band's funky, hippie grooves and melodic, flexible instrumental work complemented the even-more melodic and flexible voice of Inara George, daughter of Little Feat founder Lowell George. The family connection certainly helped the band get veteran producer Gary Katz to record their one and only disc for Geffen Records.
