Madison, WI upstart band, Locksley, combine the melody, harmony and songwriting ethos of the 60's with the performance sensibilities of modern garage bands. Comprised of Jesse Laz (vocals, guitar), Kai Kennedy (guitar, vocals), Aaron Collins (bass, vocals) and Sam Bair (drums), Locksley is currently recording their first full-length album, a previously released 5-song EP is in rotation on BBC Radio. Locksley was featured as the CBGBs houseband late last year and as a hot new artist in Billboard Magazine's September 2005 issue. Their blistering live performances have found them opening for the likes of We Are Scientists, OkGo, Damone, John Vanderslice and the Dandy Warhols. Locksley will begin their own second US tour in March followed by their first UK tour in May.
