Standing over 6 feet tall, when Universal Recording Artist Devin Johnson walks into the room, everyone takes notice. Once he flashes his sexy, yet boyish smile, all the ladies do a double-take. But when Devin takes the stage to perform, the world takes notice of the 18-year-old singer, producer and songwriter of Columbus, Georgia.

Devin's unmatched natural ability and his desire for perfection in music have led him quickly down a pathway to success. He was accepted into the Berklee School of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, an institution known for its phenomenal success in training and preparing contemporary musicians for the music industry. From there, he was one of the featured talents on Season 5 of American Idol, and was subsequently signed directly to Universal/Motown by industry veteran, Sylvia Rhone.

When asked about his passion for music, the R&B Crooner explained, "I love music; I can't imagine going for a whole day without singing, playing or just enjoying good music. Whether I'm singing, playing an instrument or producing, I always give it my all. I am definitely devoted to my music."

Devin plays drums, piano, keyboards and the bass guitar. His innovation in writing stems largely from his perfect-pitch ear for music and his ability to engineer. Very seldom are such diverse talents matched with superior vocal ability, as is the case with Devin.
