Sugar Ray, Kid Rock, and Edwin McCain will help fight the (legal) power during the "Rock For Justice" concert in New York City later this month, aimed at raising support for Families Against Mandatory Minimums.

The benefit show is scheduled for the Roseland Ballroom on October 26 and will feature full sets from headliners Sugar Ray and Edwin McCain, while Kid Rock will join both for select songs throughout the evening.

FAMM, a non-profit organization formed in 1991, seeks to end inflexible sentencing policies, and the concert is specifically targeting mandatory prison sentences for non-violent offenders convicted on drug charges.

Sugar Ray will wrap up its fall tour with a pair of dates in late October and plans to take a break from the road prior to performing at the Fiesta Bowl in Tempe, Arizona on December 31.

As for Kid Rock, he'll actually be taking time off from the first week of his upcoming tour to play "Rock for Justice." Rock is currently overseas and is slated to play a show in Paris over the weekend.
