The Fullerton, California-based Charley was the lo-fi project of of former Target 13 and Medicine Man singer/guitarist Rob Lohayza; originally a solo venture, Charley mutated into a working band midway through recording with the addition of players including lead guitarist Curt Carson, bassist Bryan Blume and drummer Sherri McGee.
