  1. Argentinean heavy metal band Almafuerte was formed in the mid-'90s by ex-V8 and Hermética Ricardo Iorio, joined by guitarist Claudio Maciello and drummer Claudio Cardaci. In 1995, the band's debut album, called Mundo Guanaco, was released. The following year, after issuing Del Entorno, produced by Flavio Cianciarullo (from los Fabulosos Cadillacs), Claudio Cardaci left the group, being replaced by Rodolfo Márquez and later by Walter Martínez.
