Film editor Conrad Buff has worked on several big-budget feature films, beginning with Richard Marquand's Jagged Edge (1985). He worked with New Zealand director Roger Donaldson on a few projects, including the special effects-laden disaster movie Dante's Peak (1997). He has also worked closely with director James Cameron and was responsible for the editing in Cameron's most successful film, Titanic (1997).
