It sometimes happens, even in America, that the children in a divorce get left behind by both parents. Usually, another relative takes them in, or a relief agency takes care of them. In this Vietnamese story, a thirteen-year old boy (Tuan Dung) is in this situation, but must fend for himself. Remarkably, he succeeds in doing so, and succeeds in continuing with his schooling.
